Registration to this forum is free. However, we do require that all users of our forum and site adhere to and abide by the following rules and polices:
1. No posting of messages which are obscene, vulgar, sexually oriented, hateful, threatening or otherwise in violation of any laws.
2. No posting of advertisements or commercial messages. Only Site Sponsors & Vendors are allow to post messages of a commercial nature. If you are interested in advertising your website, please contact us for information. IF YOU POST SPAM, your account will be banned and/or deleted.
3. No posting of links to competitors' sites, including other chatrooms, stock market forums, etc. Coca-cola doesn't go to Pepsi's corporate office and ask if they can put a vending machine in their lobby... don't expect that here either.
4. No posting of "stock hyping" messages. Users who post ads designed to hype or otherwise excessively promote stocks (especially bulletin board or pink sheet stocks) will have their accounts banned without notice.
5. While it's fine to disagree with other posts on the board, we ask that all users of this site remain professional and show respect to both the site in general as well as other members of the site.
6. Use of our IRC chatroom constitutes your agreement to these same rules while in the #daytrader channel.
Further more, while the administrators and moderators of DayTrader.com will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of DayTrader.com, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin)
will be held responsible for the content of any message.
